Uptown Sauna House

Uptown Sauna House is a semi-private, appointment-only backyard sauna and cold plunge spot in the Uptown Village area of Vancouver, Washington, across the Columbia River from Portland. It offers a Finnish-inspired custom cedar sauna, clean, filtered cold plunge tanks and an outdoor shower for contrast therapy. Sessions take up to four people because of the size of the sauna and number of plunges, and are booked online from a weekly schedule of mid-week and weekend slots.
