Pause Studio's West Nashville location opened at oneC1TY in November 2025 with eight fully private spa-like suites offering contrast therapy that pairs a full-spectrum infrared sauna with a cold plunge and an en-suite shower, plus flotation therapy, cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression therapy and IV drips. It opens at 7 AM on weekdays and 8 AM at weekends.
