Welness Holesky sits inside the Absolutum Wellness Hotel in Prague 7 - Holesovice. Its rustic Finnish sauna is built from the wood of a hundred-year-old barn, runs at 85 to 95°C and holds 20 to 30 people, with an automatic pour scenting the air every 20 minutes. Cooling is a plunge pool at 13°C plus a jet experience shower. A relaxation room with loungers and a fresh bar adjoin it. Guided sauna rituals run Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Wellness opens daily 11:00-22:00 and needs no booking.
