Description
PLUNJ Herriman is the south-valley branch of the Utah contrast-therapy chain. Its electric-stove dry sauna runs between 190 and 200°F at about 20% humidity and guests are invited to ladle water over the stones, while the cold plunge is held between 45 and 50°F. Sessions run from 6 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and to 11 PM on Friday and Saturday; the studio is closed on Sunday.
