A boutique studio on Brookfield Road in Kenmore where every session is private. The full-spectrum infrared sauna with chromotherapy takes up to four people, and hot-and-cold therapy pairs a private magnesium soak with a cold plunge. Sauna and contrast sessions start at $35 for 30 minutes, alongside sound healing, massage and facials. Open 9:30am most days, hire only on Tuesdays.
