Description
The first P3 franchise centre, on Lexington Road in Springwood in Brisbane's south. It runs both an infrared sauna and a traditional dry sauna alongside contrast pools, an ice bath, compression therapy and a hyperbaric chamber. Single sessions are sold without membership: $30 for the traditional sauna, $35 for infrared and $30 for wet therapy. Open 6am to 9pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm at weekends.
