TRIA at MGM COTAI

TRIA at MGM COTAI has infrared and Himalayan salt saunas alongside an herbal steam room, experience showers and a vitality pool. The operator sells bookable spa treatments to visitors paying at reception rather than charging a hotel room, and invites treatment guests to use wet facilities before appointments. The photo shows the spa’s own hot-water area; reserve treatment and facility time in advance.

Treatments daily 11:00–23:00; facilities 11:00–22:00
