Description
Inner Studio's original site is a leafy warehouse in the Collingwood backstreets, built around hot and cold exposure with guided breathwork and yoga alongside. The sauna is held between 80°C and 85°C, the magnesium plunge pool sits at 38°C and the cold plunge pools at 5°C. A one-hour non-guided sauna and cold plunge drop-in is $47, and classes without the water are $30.
