Sóma Bathhouse

Sóma in Essendon builds its visit around what it calls the holy trio of sauna, plunge and soak. The communal space holds a four-person infrared sauna, two cold plunges and a hot mineral spa set to 39°C, while the private rooms each have their own shower, a two-person sauna and a cold plunge. It is a bathers-on bathhouse, and the introductory offer at $95 covers one communal and one private session.
