A beachfront sauna on Challenger Parade where the cold half of the cycle is the Indian Ocean rather than a plunge pool. One traditional Finnish sauna seats up to twenty, it opens seven days from 5am to 8pm, and a drop-in session is $20. Guests wear swimwear or activewear and bring two towels plus a water bottle.
