Melt Sauna & Cold Plunge

A stripped-back Subiaco sauna house with two roomy saunas and a nine-degree plunge pool, built around drop-in sessions of 30 or 60 minutes. The room is split into 'more chat' and 'less chat' sections and matcha, cacao and wellness drinks come free with every session. A 5am to 6am 'Melt at Dawn' sitting runs daily for $7, with the proceeds going to frontline healthcare workers. Pilates and yoga classes share the site.
