A traditional Finnish sauna pitched on the grass at Leighton Beach between the Orange Box Cafe and the Fremantle Surf Lifesaving Club, where the cold plunge is the ocean itself. Communal one-hour sessions run at 6am, midday and 5pm daily for $20, with complimentary tea or electrolytes afterwards and silent sittings for those who want them.
