A contrast-therapy studio on Route 228 in Cranberry Township, north of Pittsburgh, where each guest books a private suite holding an infrared sauna, a cold plunge and a vitamin C shower. Sessions run 60 minutes; a first visit is $35 and a single drop-in $70, with monthly plans from $99. Red light therapy is available as an add-on and the studio sits near the Penguins practice facility.
