Ocean Pacific Gym & Wellness is a 30,000-square-foot beachfront club on Mission Boulevard in Pacific Beach with four gym spaces, rooftop training and a recovery suite with a co-ed sauna with red-light therapy, a eucalyptus steam room, a Himalayan salt room and a cold plunge with ocean views and Tulum-style hot showers. A $35 day pass allows a single visit and memberships run $155 to $170 a month with free weekly classes. Open Monday to Friday 5 AM to 10 PM and weekends 6 AM to 8 PM.
