Description
A private sauna and ice bath studio on Darling Street in Rozelle. Each booking gets its own room with an infrared sauna and a cold immersion tub, so sessions are never shared with strangers, and rooms are sold for one or two people. A 60-minute session is $100 for one or $130 for two, and 90 minutes is $150 or $180. It opens 11am to 9pm on weekdays and 9am to 8pm at the weekend. Breathwork sessions are offered alongside the bathing.
