The Breath Collective

A recovery centre on South Pine Road in Everton Park attached to a breathwork practice. Its dual-system cabin can be run either as far-infrared heat or as a traditional Finnish hot-rock sauna, and is paired with cold water immersion for contrast work. Breathwork classes, workshops and events run alongside the sauna and ice bath bookings, which are made online.
