Mediterana in Bergisch Gladbach-Bensberg is built as an Andalusian-Moorish and Indian-Arabic wellness world. Thirteen saunas and steam baths include the Finca Sauna at 85 °C, the Himalaya Salzstollen, the Rosentempel, the Catalanisches Kräuterbad and the Rajasthanihaus, with hourly ceremonies, live music and scent rituals. Dress rules differ by world: the saunas are textilfrei while the Therme requires swimwear. Saunawelt opens 10:00 to 22:30, and to midnight on Friday and Saturday.
