Suomi-Sauna im Familienbad Niederheid
A municipal sauna inside the Familienbad Niederheid in Holthausen, run by Bäder Düsseldorf. Five cabins carry Finnish names: the Aufguss-Sauna "Löyly" at 90°C, the Kamin-Sauna "Takka" at 90°C, a Sanarium at 55°C, the steam bath "Höyry" at 50°C and a Banja at 70°C. Cooling is a cold pool indoors and a warm pool outside, with a Saunagarten to sit in. Monday afternoons are reserved as a Damensauna for women.

Infusions follow a published Aufgussplan. Open daily 10:00 to 23:00, with a Late Night to 2:00 on the first Friday of the month. A day ticket is 39 EUR on weekdays.

The sauna floor of the Freizeitbad De Bütt in Willich, north-west of Düsseldorf. Four cabins run from a Dampfbad at 45°C through the Niederrhein Bio Sauna at 60°C and the Schloßparksauna at 80°C to the Panorama Aufguss Sauna at 90°C, where infusions are given with a range of scents. Cooling is a plunge pool and a cold-water area with a shower, Kneipp hose and foot basin. Rest rooms, a conservatory and a roof terrace with loungers complete the floor; the house asks for at least two hours.
