Hallenbad Höchst – Sauna

The sauna at the municipal Hallenbad Höchst in Frankfurt's western district runs cabins between 85°C and 95°C, a warm 65°C rest room for the phases before and after a round, and a steam bath at around 45°C with full humidity. Cooling is by plunge pool, cold showers, experience showers and foot basins. Adult sauna tickets run from 7.50 euros on weekdays and 8.50 euros at weekends, and Thursday is a women-only sauna day.
