Trinity Training Facility Sauna

Trinity Training Facility has a traditional, cedar-lined sauna with tiered benches at its downtown Long Beach wellness center. The operator says a day pass includes sauna access, so visitors can use it without a recurring gym membership. The 15-person room is available during staffed hours and has a cold-rinse shower nearby.
