Löyly Spa is a Nordic sauna house on Boulevard des Belges in Lyon's 6th arrondissement. Each booking gives a group private use of a Finnish sauna cabin together with a cold bath, a shower area and a small relaxation lounge, and slots can be taken as women-only, men-only or mixed. Nordic-inspired treatments and oil massages are sold alongside the sauna. Solo sessions start at 72 EUR, duos at 120 EUR and groups at 50 EUR per person.

Massage & Sauna Fleur de Lys is a small modelage studio on Route de Vienne in Lyon's 7th arrondissement, a short walk from the tram. The centre is equipped with a sauna and offers a wide choice of massages given by a practitioner trained in China, chosen according to what each guest needs on the day. It opens seven days a week from 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM.

The intercommunal swimming centre shared by Lyon, Saint-Fons and Vénissieux keeps three spaces: a 50 m pool with a movable wall, a 174 m2 teaching pool and a paddling pool; a fitness space; and a wellness space with massage jets, a sauna and a hammam. The wooden sauna cabin reaches up to 90 degrees. The sauna opens at weekends in one-hour slots, sold separately from the relaxation pool, which is included in a normal entry.
