SÓL Saunas

Tucked into a Prahran side street, SÓL is a social sauna and plunge house that opened late in 2025. It holds two traditional saunas side by side, kept between 75°C and 85°C, five individual stainless steel cold plunge pools at 7°C to 10°C, a rest area and five private change rooms. Entry is 18 and over. A three-session introductory pack is $75 and founders memberships start at $39 a week.
