A small recovery studio on the ground floor of a Clifton Street building in Prahran, Sona Rooms runs an infrared sauna alongside a contrast therapy room that combines a traditional sauna with a cold plunge. Red light therapy and an oxygen AirPod round out the menu. Casual infrared sessions start at $30 and contrast therapy from $36 on a weekday concession.
