A Melbourne health club whose bathhouse sits beside the gym floor, holding a traditional sauna at 80°C, a steam room at 46°C, cold plunge pools between 5°C and 8°C, hot magnesium pools at 39°C, heated stone benches and a hydration station. It also runs signature group sauna and ice bath classes, a 20-minute sauna followed by a three to five minute group plunge. Access is by membership, from $129 a week with the bathhouse included.
