A sauna social club in Griffintown, steps from the Lachine Canal, built around contrast therapy rather than quiet pampering. One large sauna seats about fifty people and hosts Aufguss, Badstu, soundbath and meditation sessions; a cold plunge and ice bath sit alongside it.
