AquariUSH Saunaoase
The Saunaoase of AquariUSH, the thermal family bath in Unterschleißheim, was redesigned in 2018. Its six sweat rooms are the Bergl-Sauna, an earth sauna built into the hillside, a Finnish sauna, the Sauna Chalet with a panoramic window onto the sauna garden, a stone-pine Zirbensauna, a steam bath and an infrared lounge, plus a cold plunge pool and a small thermal pool fed from a 2,000 m spring. Sauna masters run Aufguss daily; Monday is women's day; open daily 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Olympia-Schwimmhalle
The Olympia-Schwimmhalle, built for the 1972 Games in the Olympiapark, adds a 900 m² sauna complex to its historic 50 m pool. Five sweat rooms include an Inspirations-Sauna of about 80°C, Fitness saunas of about 90°C indoors and 100°C outdoors, a sanarium and a steam bath, and guests cool off in a snow cabin, cold showers and a plunge pool of about 15°C. Aufguss runs daily on the hour, Tuesday is women's day, and the sauna opens Monday 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM and otherwise from 8:00 AM.

Phönix-Bad in Ottobrunn, south-east of Munich, runs a sauna world of ten saunas and steam baths with a 3,000 m² sauna garden. Cabins range from a 65°C Stein-Sauna to Kelo, Kelo-Teich and Stollen saunas of 90 to 95°C and a natural-stone steam bath at 48°C; twenty Aufguss ceremonies take place daily, with a brine pool, whirlpool, outdoor pool and Kneipp course outside.
