Urban Sweat's original studio in The Nations offers infrared sauna pods and larger infrared cabins, red light therapy and cold plunge therapy, booked as private sessions. First-time rates are $40 for a sauna pod, $50 for a sauna cabin, $25 for red light therapy and $15 for a plunge. The Nashville-founded brand also runs studios in WeHo and Green Hills.
