Description
A three-room heat lounge on San Juan Avenue in Citrus Heights, built around a cedar-lined dry sauna, a steam-infused wet sauna and an aromatic herbal sauna. The cold side runs from a cold plunge to a milder chill plunge and an ice room, and there is a relaxation room, a meditation room and a Japanese tea garden to sit between rounds. Venik therapy, "traditional sauna whisking with oak or birch leaves", is bookable as an add-on. A walk-in pass is $65 for two hours; open daily 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
