Ground Stellenbosch offers a separately bookable 60-minute visit to its infrared saunas and ice baths, with a prepaid drop-in option that does not require gym membership. Its site also sells an open-access day pass. The photographed wood-panelled infrared cabin is inside the Ground recovery zone at 4 Dorp Street.
