Sauna Den Ilp lies in a village in the polder a short drive north of Amsterdam and runs nine heat rooms: a Finnish sauna, an Aufguss Kelo sauna, a panorama sauna, a lemon sauna, a salt sauna, a herb temple, a caldarium, an infrared cabin and a steam cabin. It opens every day from ten in the morning until ten at night, and a day card costs 46 euro on weekdays and 48 euro at weekends. Swimwear is not permitted for hygiene reasons.

SpaWeesp is a wellness resort in the fields outside Weesp, a quarter of an hour east of Amsterdam, with a long list of cabins: a Finnish sauna, a Kelo opgietsauna, rose, lavender and bamboo saunas, a silence sauna, a lounge sauna, an infrared cabin and both a Turkish and a crystal steam bath, running from 45 to 90 degrees. It opens daily from ten until half past ten at night, and day entry starts at 46 euro. Monday and the last Sunday of the month are swimwear days.

Opgietingen and rituals run daily between 11.30 and 21.30, and there are indoor and outdoor pools and hydro-massage baths. Day entry is 42 euro from Monday to Thursday and 45 euro at the weekend. Swimwear is not allowed and there are no swimwear days.
