Elysium Spa
Elysium Spa is a boutique club sauna in Bratislava's Old Town with room for at most 10 guests. Entry covers a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, a hot tub, a cooling fountain on the outdoor terrace and a relaxation zone, with towel, sheet and lemon water included. Basic entry is €30 for two hours or €55 for four, and a private outdoor sauna can be rented by 2 to 4 people for €120 for two hours. Open daily 16:00–23:00, with yoga classes on the terrace.
Lesná sauna Bratislava (Pixxla)
Lesná sauna is one of Pixxla's self-service saunas, set in the woods on the edge of Bratislava with a hot tub alongside. It takes both public and private bookings for up to six people, priced €25 to €149: private slots cover the sauna and hot tub for four hours, or the sauna alone for two and a half. Guests can add a cleansing sauna ceremony with oak whisks. Booking and payment are online, and directions and parking details arrive by email.
Pixxla Sauna Vajnorské jazerá
A self-service Finnish sauna by the Vajnorské jazerá lakes, run by Pixxla, with a panoramic view over the water and a 100 °C sauna experience. It is booked online at least three hours ahead, either as an individual public entry or privately for a group of up to six, at €15 to €75. A cold plunge can be booked with the sauna or on its own, and there are no showers: guests cool off by bathing in the lake. Access instructions arrive by email after payment.
Sauna Bobor
Sauna Bobor is a floating sauna club moored on the Danube at Dvořákovo nábrežie. It runs as a members' association: a season membership is €10 and each entry €12, or €15 for a single visit with day membership. The Finnish sauna takes 8 to 10 people, and you cool off in a tub of Danube water or down a ladder into the river. No reservations and no time limit. The season runs September to May: Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday 16:00–22:00, Sunday 14:00–22:00.
Sauna Delfín
Sauna Delfín is the city-run STaRZ sauna at the Delfín swimming pool site in Ružinov, priced to be affordable for the general public. It has a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna and a steam sauna, small pools of 35–36 °C water and a cold plunge pool, and refreshments. A ticket covers three hours in the sauna, with one sheet and one towel included. It runs seasonally, closing over the summer and reopening in the autumn.
Saunia Aupark
Saunia Aupark is a 1,100 m² sauna world on the second floor of the Aupark shopping centre in Petržalka, with a zone for women. It has 8 saunas, among them Finnish, herbal, salt and tropical saunas, a steam bath and a sauna with steam blasts, plus a cooling pool, an ice well and mist showers, and runs a programme of sauna ceremonies. The whole sauna world is swimwear-free. Open daily 9:00–23:00; 60 minutes cost €20 and unlimited time €34.
Petržalská plaváreň
Petržalská plaváreň is the Petržalka district's public swimming pool, with a 25 m pool, a relaxation pool with whirlpool, a children's pool, a toboggan and a sauna world with Finnish, steam and infrared saunas and a relaxation room, capped at 15 people. The sauna world is open daily 12:00–21:30. Sauna access costs €6 for 60 minutes, bought together with a swim, relax or massage package (the 120-minute Relax package is €10.50 for non-residents).
DoubleTree by Hilton Bratislava Wellness
The wellness centre at DoubleTree by Hilton Bratislava on Trnavská cesta sells single entries to non-guests for €30. It has a dry Finnish sauna, a steam sauna, a 12 m indoor pool, a relaxation room and a summer terrace, alongside a Technogym fitness room open 24/7. Wellness and pool are open daily 10:00–22:00, and the saunas are cleaned every Monday until noon. Monthly and longer memberships are also sold.
Hotel Devín Wellness
Hotel Devín, a listed 1954 landmark on the Danube in the Old Town, opens its wellness centre to non-guests daily 14:00–22:00. It has a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna (temporarily out of service), a cooling zone with a shower and a tub, and a heated 12 m pool with counter-current. Pool and sauna entry costs €25 for three hours, and the whole pool and sauna area can be hired for up to 15 people at €450 for 90 minutes.
Hotel Nivy Wellness
The wellness centre of the three-star Hotel Nivy, near Lake Štrkovec in Ružinov, is open to the public daily 10:00–22:00. It has five saunas, two Finnish saunas, an infrared sauna, a salt sauna and a traditional hammam, a cooling plunge pool, a 25 m stainless-steel pool, a leisure pool and hot tubs. Saunas are sold only as an add-on to pool entry: two hours of pools and hot tubs costs €14, plus €7 for the saunas.
Park Inn by Radisson Danube Bratislava – Danube Wellness
The Danube Wellness & Fitness centre at Park Inn by Radisson Danube, on the riverfront below Bratislava Castle, is open to non-guests for €25 for up to three hours or €30 for up to six. It has a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna and a quiet zone with comfortable beds, a heated indoor pool of 50 m² and a fitness studio. The saunas, pool and gym are open daily 8:00–20:00.
ZION SPA LUXURY (Grand Hotel River Park)
ZION SPA LUXURY is the spa of the Grand Hotel River Park on the Danube embankment, run like a private members' club that also sells single entries to its fitness and wellness. Wellness is open Monday to Friday 6:00–22:00 and on weekends and holidays 8:00–22:00. A day pass covering gym, saunas and pool costs €45, and a private sauna show can be booked for €50.
