Heat Harmony runs guided saunagus rituals in an outdoor sauna yard at Bispevej 23 in Nordvest, with cedar sauna warmth, terrace showers and filtered plunge tubs for cooling between rounds. Sessions come as Signature, Relaxed or Energized, each with three rounds of 10 to 12 minutes and three aroma oils. A single gus costs 200 DKK, a social sauna session 99 DKK, and clip cards cover several visits.
