Climate Change Studio is a dedicated contrast-therapy space inside Westwood Fitness in west Fort Worth. It offers six reservable traditional dry-sauna suites for small groups, a communal dry sauna, individual cold plunges and a larger communal plunge. Visitors can book a one-time communal day pass or a private suite without joining the gym.
