Description
The spa on the third floor of The Monarch hotel in Hemisfair, open to locals as well as hotel guests. Its signature Contrast Therapy Experience costs $159 for 40 minutes and cycles three rounds of full-spectrum infrared sauna at 158°F followed by a cold plunge at 46°F. Four private treatment rooms handle massage, facials and hydrothermal treatments. Open Sunday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday and Saturday to 7pm.
