War House Gym

A 24-hour strength gym on West LaChapelle Street in Southtown whose wellness patio is built around a 12-person Spanish cedar sauna: a HUUM Hive heater on olivine stones with manual steam splashes, a Himalayan salt block floor and seat backing, and far infrared red light. Two stainless cold plunges sit beside it. The sauna needs the Wellness Patio add-on: $80 for a day pass with patio access during staffed hours 7am to 9pm, against $30 for the gym floor alone.
