F3 in Fellbach pairs a leisure bath with a Saunawelt of eight saunas and steam baths: a 100 °C Trockensauna, an 80 °C Aufgusssauna seating about 50, a 60 °C Biosauna, a Salzsauna, a Kelosauna of almost 60 m², a Rebensauna, an infrared room and a 45 °C steam bath, plus three more cabins in the sauna garden. SoleBad Cannstatt is a municipal mineral bath in Bad Cannstatt with a 1,200 m² sauna landscape: an outdoor sauna at about 95 °C with a salt-stone wall, a Finnish sauna at about 90 °C, an aroma bath at 70–80 °C and a meditation bath at 50–60 °C with music and colour-light therapy, cooled by the 18 °C Wilhelmsbrunnen plunge pool.
