DAS LEUZE is Stuttgart's mineral bath on the Neckar, fed by two officially recognised healing springs. Its sauna area covers 3,300 m² with twelve differently heated cabins, including a panorama sauna looking out over the vineyards, an aroma sauna with scented-oil Aufguss, open-air terraces and a plunge pool at about 15 °C. Saunas and steam baths may only be used textile-free. A day ticket is 15 euros with a 7 euro sauna surcharge.

F3 Das Wohlfühlbad

F3 in Fellbach pairs a leisure bath with a Saunawelt of eight saunas and steam baths: a 100 °C Trockensauna, an 80 °C Aufgusssauna seating about 50, a 60 °C Biosauna, a Salzsauna, a Kelosauna of almost 60 m², a Rebensauna, an infrared room and a 45 °C steam bath, plus three more cabins in the sauna garden. Bathers cool off in an 18 °C plunge pool; the 160 m² outdoor brine pool is kept at about 32 °C. Renovation work is under way, and a sauna day ticket is 27 euros Monday to Thursday.

FILDORADO in Filderstadt-Bonlanden runs a barrier-free 6,000 m² Saunalandschaft with eight saunas: Panorama, Event, Kamin, Goldbergwerk, Club, Vital and Meditations saunas plus a Sanarium. Scent and singing-bowl ceremonies and a Rasul ceremony run alongside the Aufguss programme. The sauna landscape opens Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 10.30 pm and Sundays to 9 pm. The Club-Sauna is reserved for women all day Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

MAMA SPA

MAMA SPA is a day spa for women on Augustenstraße in Stuttgart-West, with a wellness area holding a sauna, a tepidarium and an infrared cabin, open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Alongside it the house runs facials, peelings, massages, manicures, pedicures and sugaring. The spa opens from 9 am on Mondays, 10 am Tuesday to Saturday, and is closed on Sundays.

SchwabenQuellen is Stuttgart's biggest sauna world, inside the SI-Centrum in Möhringen. Eight themed cabins — Amazonassauna, a Canadian log-cabin sauna, a Balinese herbal sauna, a 90 °C Finnish sauna, the Südtiroler Hüttenzauber, a Tibetan meditation sauna, a Helarium and an Egyptian sauna — sit alongside steam baths and a hamam, with more than 30 Aufguss ceremonies daily. Bathing and sauna are textile-free all year except the Textiltag on the first Saturday of each month.

SoleBad Cannstatt

SoleBad Cannstatt is a municipal mineral bath in Bad Cannstatt with a 1,200 m² sauna landscape: an outdoor sauna at about 95 °C with a salt-stone wall, a Finnish sauna at about 90 °C, an aroma bath at 70–80 °C and a meditation bath at 50–60 °C with music and colour-light therapy, cooled by the 18 °C Wilhelmsbrunnen plunge pool. Saunas and steam baths are textile-free only. Entry is 14 euros with a 6 euro sauna surcharge.

Le SPA occupies the wellness floor of the Le Méridien hotel opposite the Schlossgarten, and sells day passes to visitors as well as members. It has a classic sauna at 90 °C, a gentler 70 °C cabin, a steam bath, an infrared cabin, an ice fountain, a 6 by 12 metre indoor pool at 26 °C and a 36 °C whirlpool. The spa opens at 10 am on weekdays and 9 am at weekends, closing at 10 pm. A day ticket costs 49 euros and is bookable Wednesday to Sunday.
