Aqua Spa is the water centre of the Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel between the passenger port and the Old Town. It has a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna, a salt sauna and a hamam, a large indoor pool, a children's pool, jacuzzis and an outdoor pool open from April through the summer, with sauna yoga in the hamam on Mondays and Thursdays. It is open daily 8:00 to 22:00; a three-hour ticket costs €24 Monday to Thursday and €30 Friday to Sunday, and swimwear is compulsory in the pools and saunas.

Meriton Sport is a sports club and water centre at the Park Inn by Radisson Meriton hotel on Toompuiestee. Its water and sauna centre has separate men's and women's Finnish saunas at 90°C, where bathing without swimwear is recommended, and shared steam, salt and aroma saunas, plus an active pool with a counter-current, a relaxation pool and two hot tubs. It is open daily 9:00 to 22:00, and a single ticket covering gym, pools and saunas costs €18 Monday to Thursday and €26 Friday to Sunday.

Metropol Spa

Metropol Spa

The spa at the Metropol Spa Hotel in central Tallinn is open to day visitors as well as hotel guests. It has four saunas: a 90°C Finnish sauna, a 75°C aroma sauna, a steam sauna and a salt steam sauna, along with a 32°C pool and four jacuzzis. It opens daily 8:30 to 21:00, though on weekdays before 15:00 only the aroma and steam saunas run. A three-hour visit costs €18 to €22 on weekdays and €32 at weekends, and swimwear is mandatory.
