Theriva

Theriva is a sauna and cold-plunge studio on Nowogrodzka in central Warsaw built around contrasting heat and ice. It has two Finnish saunas, a small one for quiet sessions and a larger one for group sauna sessions, with a relaxation area and cold plunge baths. Sauna-master sessions run Thursday to Sunday at 18:10, 19:10 and 20:10, and Thursday evenings are a ladies' night. Zone visits are booked in 30, 60 or 120 minute slots, alongside massages and treatments.
