ILO Studios

ILO Studios is a contrast-therapy studio on Carrer de Bailén in the Eixample, built around a traditional Finnish sauna that seats 24 and runs at 85 to 95°C, which the studio calls the largest in Barcelona. Four stainless-steel ice baths are held at 3, 7, 9 and 15°C. Every session is guided in a group, with breathwork on the programme. A single drop-in costs 32 EUR, and private group sessions can be arranged for teams and birthdays.
