Rokka Studio
Rokka Studio is a small cold-and-heat recovery studio on Carrer de Muntaner in Sant Gervasi, named after the Japanese word for hexagon. It pairs a dry sauna and a full-spectrum infrared sauna with cold plunge baths and a relaxation area. Single sessions run 45, 60 or 90 minutes at 30, 42 and 58 EUR, occasional guided breathwork sessions combine plunge and sauna, and the whole studio can be booked privately for an hour at 250 EUR.

Claror Marítim is a fitness and spa club run by the Fundació Claror on the Barceloneta seafront promenade. Its spa has a dry sauna, a Mediterranean sauna, a steam sauna and an infrared area, and the Espai Talassa adds two seawater pools kept at 32°C with a water circuit. Spa access is included in membership. It opens Monday to Friday 7:00 to 23:00, Saturday 8:30 to 21:00 and Sunday 9:00 to 16:00.

Inner Flow Studio is a training and wellbeing club in the Desigual building in La Barceloneta, with a functional spa on its lower floor. The spa has a traditional dry sauna, a steam room, an infrared lounge, a cold water plunge, hydrothermal beds at different temperatures and a float tank. The studio runs on membership, but 90-minute spa circuits for two with a massage are sold separately, from 129 EUR.
