kā studio

kā studio

kā studio is an independent yoga, reformer and floor pilates studio in Eaux-Vives that treats recovery as part of the visit: a sauna and a cold plunge sit alongside the class rooms, with kā kitchen for food afterwards. The studio frames the contrast between hot cabin and a five to ten degree ice bath as a way to release tension and rebalance the nervous system. It is open Monday to Friday 07:00 to 21:00 and at weekends 08:00 to 15:00, at 32 rue du XXXI décembre.
