Miers

Miers

Miers bills itself as Latvia's first social sauna club, on the Andrejsala waterfront next to restaurant Koya. Each 75-minute session is led by a facilitator through three rounds of sauna, cold plunge and rest, with aromatherapy, breathwork and towel waving, in a large mixed-gender sauna shared with other guests. Swimwear is mandatory for all sessions. Sessions are booked online, passes are sold for regulars, and the ritual can be reserved privately for groups.
