Secret SPA is a small independent relaxation centre on level -1 at ul. Orel 13 in Hladilnika, a short walk from South Park and Paradise mall. It admits at most 10 guests at a time and every visit must be booked. The spa zone has a 15-metre indoor pool at 32 °C, a large 35 °C jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath and a hammam. Entry is 36 EUR for one hour or 54 EUR for two; it is open daily 9:00–21:00 and the whole centre can be hired privately.
Yoni Wellness Sofia
Yoni Wellness is a hammam and massage studio on bul. Peyo Yavorov 38 in Lozenets. It has a Finnish sauna for four people, where humidity is raised by pouring water on the hot stones, an Oriental-style steam room for up to four, a double hammam and a six-seat relaxation area. The sauna or steam room can be booked only together with a treatment, at 25 EUR per hour; hammam treatments start at 75 EUR for 60 minutes. Open Monday 12:30–21:00, Tuesday to Friday 12:00–21:00 and weekends 11:00–21:00.

The Central Mineral Bath in Bankya, also called the Royal Bath, fills a listed building opened in 1911 and fully restored. Its thermal zone has a round 6.3 m pool of 36.5–37 °C mineral water, mineral showers and a tepidarium; the wellness zone adds two steam baths, a Finnish sauna at 90 °C, a herbal sauna at 60 °C, a laconium and two 32 °C mineral-water hydromassage pools. Wellness-zone entry is 12.78 EUR for 120 minutes; open daily 9:00–20:00.
Crystal Palace Fitness & SPA
Crystal Palace Fitness & SPA is the wellness club of the Crystal Palace Boutique Hotel on Shipka Street, close to a metro station. Its relax zone has a Finnish sauna and a steam bath, alongside a gym, a solarium and rooms for massages and facials. Visits to the gym and relax area must be booked an hour ahead, and each guest can stay in the relax area for up to three hours. Open daily 9:00–21:00; Multisport cards have not been accepted since March 2025.
Millennium Spa & Wellness Centre
The Millennium Spa & Wellness Centre is a 3,500 m² spa in the 30-storey Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia on Vitosha Boulevard, with views over the park and Vitosha mountain. It has a panoramic Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, a herbal sauna at 50–70 °C, a steam bath, a marine bath and a hammam used with hammam treatments, cooled by an ice fountain and adventure showers, plus a salt-water panorama pool, hot tubs and a salt room.
Victoria SPA
Victoria SPA is the spa and fitness centre inside the Ramada Hotel Sofia on bul. Knyaginya Maria Luiza 131. Its thermal area has a Finnish sauna, a salt sauna and a steam bath, and it bills its Turkish hammam as the largest in Sofia; there is also a swimming pool, a salt room and a gym. A single visit covering the thermal area, pool and gym costs 25 EUR on weekdays and 30 EUR at weekends; open daily 7:00–22:00.

Pulse Bulgaria is a 24/7 fitness club of the Pulse chain on Bulgaria Boulevard in Manastirski Livadi, covering more than 5,500 m². For recovery it has a spa zone of over 2,000 m² with a jacuzzi, a panoramic Finnish sauna, a Himalayan salt sauna and an aroma steam bath, next to an indoor pool. Access is through club membership, and free parking is available for stays of up to three hours.
