The Central Mineral Bath in Bankya, also called the Royal Bath, fills a listed building opened in 1911 and fully restored. Its thermal zone has a round 6.3 m pool of 36.5–37 °C mineral water, mineral showers and a tepidarium; the wellness zone adds two steam baths, a Finnish sauna at 90 °C, a herbal sauna at 60 °C, a laconium and two 32 °C mineral-water hydromassage pools. Wellness-zone entry is 12.78 EUR for 120 minutes; open daily 9:00–20:00.

The Millennium Spa & Wellness Centre is a 3,500 m² spa in the 30-storey Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia on Vitosha Boulevard, with views over the park and Vitosha mountain.
