An active-recovery club on Viaduktstrasse in Kreis 5, built around a custom infrared bio sauna that seats up to 35 guests, with adjustable temperature, humidity and lighting, and four ice baths running from 0 to 10 °C. Sessions come as 60-minute guided contrast classes rotating sauna, ice bath and breathwork with a coach, or as self-led solo journeys. It is a textile sauna, so guests bring their own swimwear; a towel is provided.
