Sunday Hot Springs
Sunday Hot Springs is a bathhouse on West Palmer Street in South End, formerly Bathhouse CLT. Its Hot Room is a traditional sauna heated to 195-220°F, the Herbal Steam Room is filled with eucalyptus-infused steam at 110-120°F, and a polar plunge pool is chilled to 45-55°F, alongside a thermal saltwater pool and lounges. A two-hour Serenity Session costs $80 and it is closed on Mondays.
