The Ritz-Carlton Spa occupies a bi-level penthouse above East Trade Street in uptown Charlotte, with a sauna, steam room, whirlpool and indoor heated pool alongside treatments using 100% organic products. Non-hotel guests can buy access to all spa facilities for $175 a day, excluding Fridays, weekends and holidays. It opens 9 AM to 6 PM Sunday to Thursday and until 8 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
