Bislet Bad & Trening is a historic bath in central Oslo that has run since 1920, with a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a dry sauna and a steam sauna, plus a gym. Drop-in entry for adults costs NOK 350 and covers the gym, pool, both saunas and the jacuzzi; students and seniors pay NOK 300 and children NOK 200. It opens 6:45 AM to 9:00 PM Monday to Thursday, 6:45 AM to 8:00 PM on Friday and 12:00 to 6:00 PM at weekends.

It has a Finnish sauna, a steam room built around a salt crystal, a 12-metre heated relaxation pool and Sensory Sky showers, and guests can swim in the fjord from a private bathing jetty a stone's throw away. Outside guests can book 90-minute entry Monday to Wednesday, 10:00 to 19:00, for NOK 595. Swimwear is mandatory, and the minimum age is 16.
