The Well
The Well, at Sofiemyr 15 minutes from Oslo, calls itself the Nordics' largest spa. Its nine saunas include Finnish, Japanese, banja, bio, tropical and an outdoor forest sauna, alongside steam baths, an oriental hammam, a Japanese bath house, ten pools and a cold plunge. Sauna masters lead aufguss rituals. Nudity is the norm in the saunas and steam baths, but swimwear is mandatory throughout on Tuesdays. It is adults-only and opens daily 10:00 to 22:00, with entry from NOK 525.
Bislet Bad & Trening
Bislet Bad & Trening is a historic bath in central Oslo that has run since 1920, with a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a dry sauna and a steam sauna, plus a gym. Drop-in entry for adults costs NOK 350 and covers the gym, pool, both saunas and the jacuzzi; students and seniors pay NOK 300 and children NOK 200. It opens 6:45 AM to 9:00 PM Monday to Thursday, 6:45 AM to 8:00 PM on Friday and 12:00 to 6:00 PM at weekends.
Sagene Folkebad
Sagene Folkebad is a public bath at the top of Grünerløkka, completed in 1899, renovated with the City Antiquarian and reopened by the Oslo Sauna Association in spring 2025. Two saunas seat 42–44 people, with bucket showers, cold plunge pools and a 12.5 x 6 m pool open during many sessions. Thursday is a nude day; on every other day swimwear is required. Volunteer aufguss masters hold rituals every Tuesday at no extra cost, and a shared ticket costs NOK 150 for members and NOK 260 for others.

Bristol Spa at Hotel Bristol spreads over three floors in central Oslo, with Moorish-inspired arches and mosaics. It has a classic sauna with aufguss led by a sauna master, an infrared sauna built of magnolia wood, a snow room, hot and cold plunge pools, a 5.9 x 4 m resting pool, a rainwalk shower and a rhassoul steam ritual. Outside guests enter from Sehesteds plass, with entry from NOK 895. It opens daily 10:00 to 22:00, swimwear is mandatory throughout, and the minimum age is 18.

THIEF SPA is the spa of the design hotel The Thief on Tjuvholmen, by the Oslofjord. It has a Finnish sauna, a steam room built around a salt crystal, a 12-metre heated relaxation pool and Sensory Sky showers, and guests can swim in the fjord from a private bathing jetty a stone's throw away. Outside guests can book 90-minute entry Monday to Wednesday, 10:00 to 19:00, for NOK 595. Swimwear is mandatory, and the minimum age is 16.
